Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, FedEx, DHL, India Post, and others depending on your location.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Delivery location
- Product weight & size
- Courier partner rates
Shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-Metro / Tier 2–3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote / Difficult Locations: 5–10 business days
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking ID
- Courier partner name
- Tracking link
Tracking may take 24 hours to become active.
6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failed
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- Phone number not reachable
- Refusal to accept delivery
If the package is returned to us, reshipping charges will apply.
7. Damaged or Tampered Package
If your package appears tampered or damaged:
- Do NOT accept delivery
- Take a photo/video
- Inform us at support@hubnut.in within 24 hours
We will assist you with a replacement.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally.
